Bistro Red
Formerly known as “Shorty’s Bistro Red,” our Bistro Red continues the tradition of our easy-drinking, smooth wine that easily pairs with food. This wine is medium bodied with rich scents of carnations, orange zest, cola, pear, and cherry. The tastes are smoky with Mandarin orange, strawberry, plum, sour cherry, with spicy hints of chocolate and sweet chili. Our Bistro Red is great with poultry dishes and cream sauces as well as red meats, earthy mushrooms, robust red sauces, BBQ and spicy Asian and Latin cuisine
