2022 Cinsaut Blanc
The 2022 Cinsaut Blanc is a "Blanc de Noir", a white wine that is carefully made from a red grape.
Notice aromas of kumquat, peach, kiwik and sweet mint, followed by flavors of Granny Smith apple, peach, Eureka lemon, lychee, and hints of honey. A crisp wine that softens to a smooth, mild finish.
Food & Wine:
Pairs well with poultry, light pork dishes, seafood and soft cheeses.
