This dry styled wine is without any residual sweetness. The result is a complex and elegant wine that is velvety smooth with citrus and floral scents.
Our 2021 Chardonnay exhibits a light straw color, which becomes transparent at the rim. On the nose, the wine smells of ripe, if not slightly dried apple and pear with hints of white flowers and peach.
Originating in the Rhone Balley, Viognier thrives on our property. It is distinctive in character and easy to drink. Our Viognier has a supple perfumed floral character with tastes of lychee, and hints of apricot. Enjoy by itself or with cheese, poultry, rabbit, paella, and seafood.
